Below are five zones to help rate the quality of wine.

Zone 1.    Go directly to the workout.  Do not pass the wine opener, as this is not worth extra calories.

Zone 2.  This is worth a glass after work. You can use the snooze button in the morning, but make the workout.

Zone 3.  Worth skipping dessert for.  Or adding another workout in the afternoon to take off the calories that extra glass will add to your daily intake.

Zone 4. Call your trainer or workout partner once you taste this wine—it’s the only way you will show up to the gym tomorrow.

Zone 5. This wine will make your heart race fast enough to qualify as a workout.
